We recently relocated back home to Texas, and have been dreaming about Southeast Texas Ranch Weddings. Josh and I drove for 6 days with a U-Haul, and a mini-van with an eleven year old, a ten year old, and a five year old and all of our worldly possessions. Driving through Utah, we dipped our toes into the sand of The Great Salt Lake. We drove through New Mexico, and we searched for some gluten free food with green-chili sauce… to no avail. Chugging through Amarillo, we got to eat gluten free Olive Garden food, and then swerved through Waco to see friends (next time we’ll get to Magnolia). Finally, a full two days after we planned to arrive, we pulled into our new driveway in Lumberton, Texas.
As we’ve gotten ourselves settled with our three small kiddos back in the land of gators and Tex-Mex, we’ve also been in wedding editing season. Barnett Photography has so many wonderful weddings to share from this past wedding season, but Josh and I thought we would start with this one in particular. This Okanagan wedding reminds us of South East Texas Ranch Weddings, and we are excited about the potential of living and breathing the thick Texan air and photographing Southeast Texas Country Weddings.
Without delay, take a look at this beautiful wedding in our other home in Canada. Photographing fields of rolling grass and having our bride and groom spin and dance together in the picturesque mountainside, sends us into dreamland. This wedding was filled with heart and soul, laughter and happy tears, and all of the joy of a new chapter beginning of a brand new story. Enjoy.
