This Lindon House wedding in Kelowna is a photographer’s dream! Lindon House was built in 1905 and it has charm to spare! If you’re considering Kelowna for your wedding and you’d like something unique, this is the place! Nestled right downtown, it’s a great spot to stay in the hub of the city and be close to the Okanagan Lake!
Selena started with hair and makeup and a letter from Jer. You can definitely see the emotion as she reads his words to her. Jeremy got ready in a carriage house on the property with the guys. Everybody was feeling great and excitement was in the air.
A Lindon House ceremony is a beautiful backyard affair. There were tents in case of rain, but the weather held and everything was perfect.
After vows and rings, we went downtown to be close to the Okanagan Lake! We photographed our couple near a waterfall, willow trees, in the marina, and on their boat! Everything was perfect and if you look close at the bridal party popping some champagne, you may see the cork flying high in the air!
The reception was held back at Lindon House where the ceremony had been seamlessly transformed into a beautiful tented reception. Dinner was served by the talented hands of Chef Gulio at One Big table. Afterwards, we noticed the sun had broken though the clouds in the most golden-y, wonderful way so whisked off to capture that great light!
After speeches, it was time for the first dance. Selena + Jeremy danced under the lights of the big tree in the backyard before moving inside o really get the party started!
We want to say thank you to Selena + Jeremy for letting us a be a part of this beautiful day! Blessings!
